Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible and protect what we keep. Here's what we do with your data.
What we collect
Your work email and name; your company details (name, jurisdiction, industry); and, for each document you track, a label, type, and the dates (issue/expiry). Optionally an encrypted document number. Document images are processed on-device and not stored.
How we use it
Solely to run the service: store your documents' dates, send you renewal reminders, and operate your account and billing. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Processors we use
Convex (database/backend), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments). Each receives only what's needed for its function.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your organization at any time from settings; we remove your data after a short grace window.
