Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DocuTrackr for Business. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

DocuTrackr for Business helps your organization track expiring documents and sends renewal reminders. It is a reminder and organization tool — it is not legal, immigration, or compliance advice, and it does not file or renew documents on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You must sign up with a valid business email and provide accurate company information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.

3. Plans, trial & billing

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your chosen plan bills automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your responsibility for deadlines

Reminders are a best-effort convenience. You remain solely responsible for your documents and their renewals. DocuTrackr is not liable for a missed deadline, fine, penalty, or any consequence of an expired document.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
